How does the Couple Checkup work?
1. Go to www.nwamarriages.com/checkup to take your FREE Couple Checkup online assessment.
2. Create your Couple Checkup account using your voucher code found on your Chick-fil-A receipt or use the following code: NWA-PSA-2XCXXJ
3. Answer a few background questions about your relationship, allowing the Couple Checkup to be customized to your relationship stage (dating, engaged, or married) and structure (with or without children, forming a stepfamily, etc.).
4. Spend 20-30 minutes reading through a series of statements and indicate whether you "agree" or "disagree" that each statement accurately describes your relationship.
5. Your partner will also login and respond to the same statements.
Once you are both finished, the computer system analyzes your responses and immediately generates your comprehensive Couple Checkup Report (approximately 20 page PDF file) which you can view online, print, or save to your own computer (results are only sent to the couple). Finally, you will receive an extensive Discussion Guide (PDF file) designed to help you discuss and apply your results.

What feedback do we receive?
Results will only be sent to you. You will receive a 15-20 page Computer Report, with your results broken down into relational categories. A Discussion Guide is also available to help you interpret the results.
Who developed the Couple Checkup?
Dr. David Olson is a nationally and internationally known expert in marriage and the family. He is a licensed psychologist and marital and family therapist, as well as Professor Emeritus at the University of
Minnesota. He developed the couple assessment called PREPARE/ENRICH and he has over 30 years experience in the field of marriage and the family. Dr. Peter Larson, President of Life Innovations, is a licensed psychologist and co-author of PREPARE/ENRICH. He has extensive experience using
PREPARE/ENRICH with couples and with training others in this program.
How much does the Couple Checkup cost?
The Checkup normally costs $29.95 but has been made available for FREE through a government grant. (valid February 1st thru 28th)
Is the Couple Checkup scientifically accurate?
The Couple Checkup is very accurate and is based on the highly respected PREPARE/ENRICH couple questionnaire. The Checkup has high levels of scientific rigor, which means the scores are reliable and accurate.
What is the Love & Laughter Event?
On Saturday, February 12, 2011, (1pm – 9:30pm) NWA Healthy Marriages will host the Love & Laughter marriage event featuring Gary Smalley’s “Greatest Hits” marriage seminar, the inspiration of "The Biggest Loser" season 8 champion Danny Cahill, the comedy of husband and wife comedian team called Acts of Renewal, sit-down dinner and dessert, followed by a romantic concert with singer/songwriter Michael O’Brien. You won’t want to miss the NWA premier of this new and exciting event! ($99 per couple)

What are the 3 Date Nights?
On Monday, February 14th, 21st, and 28th, from 6pm to 8pm, area NWA Chick-fil-A stores will host the weLOVE Marriage Challenge date nights. Each Monday night, there will be a special section of the store that will be designated for couples (dating, engaged & married), complete with table cloths, mood lighting and live music. Couples at the store can dine in or take out and you will receive a self-guided date night “menu” full of fun questions and activities designed to strengthen your relationship. You do not need to register for the FREE date nights.
How will we all fit?
There will be a section of the store that will specifically designated to focus of each of the nights
